This series covering the Northern Italy was first published in French in 1861 and was the first of the three French titles on Italy to be published. Third edition, pp xx, 457, 5 maps, 16 plans, previous owner's signature in pencil to front paste-down, minor bumping to edges, back strip re-attached, loss to cloth at head of spine, minor staining throughout, publisher's red cloth gilt; a good copy.
