Inscribed by the author the British poet Gavin Ewart (1916-1995) ‘Good wishes to Gavin - Charles Causley 23rd April 1985’ in blue ink to the front free endpaper along with Ewart’s earlier ownership inscription dated ‘September 1984’ in black ink. Some light fading to spine and edges of dust jacket, otherwise a near fine copy.
