James Thurber was an American cartoonist, best known for his short story The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. This is his children’s novel, a fairy tale in which a King, two hunters, and a poet are set tasks to win the heart of a Princess. A very good copy, some edge-wear to jacket, and short 5mm tear to top right corner of upper panel.
