Publication put out by the New York State Anti-Monopoly League, giving a report on the votes of the New York State Legislature. The cover is edged in black mourning. On the relevant measures taken up in the legislature, the pamphlet lists the "ayes," the "noes," and those who were "absent or dodging." There is also a detailed listing of specific instances where certain members "voted against the public interest."
