A tally of the public debt of the country of Mexico, detailing loans taken out between November 21 and December 24, 1827 and October 3 and November 29, 1828 by the Ministro de Hacienda, Lorenzo de Zavala. Mexico was only beginning to acquire the debt and European financing which would lead to such chaos in the country later in the 19th century. Relatively rare, with fewer than ten copies located in OCLC.
