HYPERION is probably the most well known of the novels by the late Dan Simmons. It won the Hugo and Locus Awards; its sequel THE FALL OF HYPERION was a finalist for the Hugo and won the Locus award. Simmons later went on to write a second pair of novels, ENDYMION and THE FALL OF ENDYMION. The four-book series is now known as the HYPERION CANTOS. Offered here is the four-book set published by Subterranean Press in matching numbers. Each book is #304 of 474 numbered copies and signed on the limitation page by Dan Simmons. All are in like-new condition and unread; I purchased these in addition to the original first edition copies that I own, but did not read the limited edition versions. The cover artwork and end sheet artwork are by John Picacio. I don't see the four-book set offered anywhere else in matching numbers. This is your only opportunity to buy all four books as a set with the same limitation number. These books are oversized and HEAVY, which explains the higher shipping cost. This offering comes from a smoke-free household. Additional photos can be provided on request. The photos show reflections in the glossy mylar protectors that are not part of the book cover. Multiple auction winnings may be combinable into one box for consolidated shipping costs; request an invoice for a revised total if this applies. The books will be secured in bubble wrap and boxed for tracked shipping.
