The various posts are listed, including San Francisco, Monterrey, Santa Barbara, San Diego, and Loreto, as well as frontier forces. The number of soldiers called for at each is given, as well as physicians and surgeons, inspectors, etc. The annual budgets for the forces are also provided. Signed in print at the end: "F. Castro."
