The de Salva/ Hamsworth copy. It was number 3776 in the Salva Catalogue. As often, this copy is lacking the map. The last hundred pages all concern America, from Columbus through to the year 1550. Borba states that this “Venice edition is in fact the edition of Milan, 1556, with a reprinted title-page and preliminary leaves, the last, with the names of the printers, having been removed, and the printer’s mark has been retained.
