Handsome proposed design for a post-war Cadillac. The license plate reads GM 1944 raising interesting questions, since, as everyone knows, virtually no new cars were produced during the high armament production years of World War II, and certainly not pretty new dark pink ones. The car portrayed here does however anticipate very much the look of early fifties' vehicles, if not necessarily Cadillacs. And bright colors certainly would catch on in a way they had not before the
