NOTICE!! TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN RESIDING ON OR CLAIMING TO OWN ANY PORTION OF LAND, SITUATED IN EVANS PATENT, DELAWARE CO., STATE OF NEW YORK.... The present broadside was printed to inform property owners in the towns of Masonville, Tompkins, Sidney, and Walton in Delaware County, New York, that their property may be affected by the transfer of lands pursuant to the will of Martha Bradstreet. Located just south of Utica, the lands within Delaware County once belonging to the noted French and Indian War hero, John Bradstreet, and are here noted as the legal property of one of his descendants, the disputatious and litigious Martha Bradstreet. The transition of ownership from Bradstreet to the present heir is explained. Signed in print by the executor, Thomas Cunningham.
