Ways of Escape. First and signed limited edition, first issue. Number 7 of a planned edition of 150 copies specially bound and signed by the author. The project was undertaken in a slightly ad-hoc and amateurish fashion, and in fact only around 20 sets of sheets were so bound before the publishers abandoned the project. This copy is bound in a slightly more elaborate style than other copies seen later in the series, with more gilt decoration to the spine. The remaining unbound sheets were issued in green cloth and offered for sale by a Canadian bookseller.
