This excellent example of Des Barres' craftsmanship details a portion of the strait between New Brunswick and what is now Prince Edward Island then St. John's Island . It includes on the New Brunswick side: Shediac, Cocagne and Boutouche. The chart includes soundings throughout the Straits and Baie Verte.
