Perhaps the first edition, of two editions, with slightly different imprints by Ward. The ESTC lists the present edition first while Adams puts it second. "The debate at the meeting held 19 December 1782 (pp.32-53); contains frequent references to the American war and the peace" - Adams. Not in Sabin. Adams locates only one copy of each edition, both at the Clements Library.
