The final settlement between England and the Netherlands at the end of the Napoleonic Wars, this convention between Great Britain and the Netherlands restores Dutch colonies in America, Africa and Asia to the Prince Sovereign of the United Netherlands. It also stipulates that the Prince Sovereign of the Netherlands agrees to cede the Cape of Good Hope and the Settlements of Demerary, Essequibo and Berbice to His Britannick Majesty.
