THE CONVENTION BETWEEN THE CROWNS OF GREAT BRITAIN AND SPAIN, CONCLUDED AT THE PARDO ON THE 14th OF JANUARY 1739.... By this convention the two powers agree to avoid war, to meet in conference to settle their respective pretensions to the American trade and navigation, to discuss the borders of Florida and the Carolinas, and other parts in dispute. Much literature of the pamphlet nature, pro and con, followed in the wake of this convention. Not in EUROPEAN AMERICANA.
