Peter Carl Fabergé. First edition, deluxe issue, one of 350 unnumbered copies printed on handmade paper and specially bound in half morocco. This lavish biography of Peter Carl Fabergé (1846-1920), creator of the famed Fabergé eggs, was written by the manager of the jeweller's London emporium. A further 1,750 copies printed on machine-made paper and bound in cloth were also issued.
