A new Account of some Parts of Guinea, and the Slave-Trade, First edition of Snelgrave's account of slavery and of the capture of his ship by pirates (pages 193-288). "The author, a slaving captain, traded at Whydah in 1727 and 1730; he complains that the Dahomean conquest has ruined the slave trade there." (Hogg). He makes several references to his trips to Antigua in connection with the slave trade.
