Genealogy of the Graves Family in America, Volume 1, 1896, 1st Edition, 521 pages, Hardcover. This Book is in Good condition with some waffling of the fabric on the spine and light corner scuffing (see photos). The binding is holding the pages together very well but the interior hinges are torn (the Book is very durable). The pages are in excellent shape being bright and clean having a few notes in pencil. The first and last few pages have light foxing. The freepapers are brittle and flaking at the edges. There is a bit of staining at the top of the first couple pages inside the front cover. A previous Owner's name is written in ink just inside of the front cover. No odors of any kind. Please see the photos for more description.
