First edition, first impression, the copy of the Dutch economist Arnold Heertje, with his pencilled annotations to the front free endpaper and contents in preparation for the review he published on the book, in the History of Economics Review, volume 66, 2017, pp. 63-71.Sraffa (1898-1983) was one of the major economic writers of the 20th century, among the founders of the neo-Ricardian school. His library of economic books was bequeathed to Trinity College, Cambridge. The catalogue, providing pagination and publishing details for each entry alongside copy-specific commentary, has become a major reference work for economic literature.
