Mémoire sur la réformation des finances. First edition of this uncommon memoir on the reformation of finances, published two years before the French Revolution, by the jurist and writer Clément de Boissy (1716-1793), also a financial adviser to the last king of France, Louis XVI. The present work, published anonymously, is sometimes found under the author's pseudonym "M. de Fontenay". Library Hub and WorldCat together locate only one copy in the UK (British Library) and a further nine worldwide.
