YWCA Hong Kong Recipies. A multinational cookery book with recipes for curry, pork pies, Portuguese desserts, and Dutch soup. The first recipe is attributed to the (sadly unidentifiable) wife of Eduardo Rosal, who was appointed the first Filipino consul general in the colony in 1958. The YWCA branch was founded in 1920.
