Published 2019 Gauntlet is excited to announce our most ambitious Richard Matheson project to date, a 2-book set: THE BEARDLESS WARRIORS and BROTHERS IN ARMS , edited by Barry Hoffman and R.C. Matheson. Richard Matheson expressed to Gauntlet publisher Barry Hoffman his desire to see his searing wartime novel THE BEARDLESS WARRIORS published as a signed limited edition. We had to keep pushing back the book s release due to Matheson constantly finding (and writing) new and previously unpublished material. Three years after his death we will be publishing THE BEARDLESS WARRIORS and BROTHERS IN ARMS as part of a two-book set (both books, by contract, have to be sold together). One book will contain Matheson s novel. The second is an anthology of stories inspired by the novel THE BEARDLESS WARRIORS.
