Exclusive to our special editions of this title are a brand new introduction by Bentley Little, a foreword by Jeff Strand, plus this Lettered Edition features sixteen full-color illustrations by Dirk Berger. This finely crafted volume was produced by the same boutique printer and hand-binder who make our Stephen King and Joe Hill Lettered Editions. The books were printed separately from the Limited Edition using a four-color specialty press and an upgraded acid-free paper with a textured finish. Our case maker then constructed the matching clamshell cases to house and protect them.
