Dust cover is in poor condition with stains and tears. The first page has a label that was adhered to it. The spine is in good condition. There are some stains on the last few pages and there is writing on the back of the last page. I did not see any tears on the pages. Please view all photos closely for condition. I am not a collector and what may seem to be in “good” condition to me may not be for someone else. The book will be put in a poly mailer, then wrapped in bubble wrap and then a layer of cardboard. It will be shipped in a box stuffed with packing material.
