Mr. Underhill, a dignified attorney in his mid-to-late forties, goes off the deep end and discovers romance what we'd call a mid-life crisis , entertaining and perplexing his family and fellow townspeople. Corbett was educated at the University of Wisconsin, but spent most of her life in New York City.
