[CONSECUTIVE COLLECTION OF LATE-19th-CENTURY SESSION LAWS FROM THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE TERRITORY OF ARIZONA]. A late-19th-century collection of session laws for the territory of Arizona, encompassing the fifteenth through twentieth sessions of the legislative assembly. The first volume here was printed in Prescott, the remainder in Phoenix, after the capital of Arizona moved for the final time from Prescott to Phoenix in 1889. An interesting peek into the issues involved in maintaining order in Wild West Arizona, this run ending more than a decade before Arizona became the forty-eighth state in the Union.
