Published in 1989 in a limited run of 50 Deluxe copies, of which this is an unnumbered copy identical to the numbered copies. Signed by the author on the half-title page, as issued. Cloth-backed patterned boards, with gilt spine lettering. Faults listed above. Otherwise clean pages and tight binding. Purchased at auction. Feel free to ask any questions.
