CONTINUUM 1 - an anthology of original Sci-Fi short stories, edited by Roger Elwood (part of a series of 4 Continuum books) - includes the FIRST BOOK APPEARANCE of the DEAN KOONTZ story "NIGHT OF THE STORM", copyright 1974 published by Putnam, First (and only) trade hardcover Printing (there never was a 2nd trade printing, nor there was a book club edition), dark blue cloth boards with gold gilt lettering to spine, $5.95 price on DJ front flap (subsequently published as a pb and then adapted into a comic book). Book has no creased page corners, no foxing to pages or endpapers, no age darkening/foxing to outer page edges and virtually no dust soiling, tight spine, no hinge splits, no former owner's markings or used bookstore stamps inside, no wear to board edges or corners or spine tips, no bumped board corners, no wear/oxidizing to spine/front cover lettering. Dust jacket has no chipping, tearing or creasing, no wear to spine tips, almost no wear to front flap crease, no age yellowing, no soiling or staining, no edge wear, no spine sun fading, no rubbing/scratching to glossy overcoat, just a hint of color rubbing at edges.
