First edition, first printing. iv , 286 pp. Bound in publisher's variant purple dotted cloth priority undetermined , blindstamped on front and rear boards and stamped in gilt on spine, brown coated endpapers. Near Fine with sunned spine and shallow chips at head and tail, several tiny ink stains to lower edge of textblock. Hinges cracked and evidence of bookplate removal to front pastedown.
