Guild Cook Book Sponsored by the Women's Guild of the Peking Union Church, Peking, China. Revised and enlarged edition, signed by the editors on the title page. Compiled to raise funds for the Union Church, this third edition followed those of 1902 and 1923, both of which were compiled by Cora E. Lewis, a long-time resident of Baoding. When she left China, Lewis handed over responsibility for future editions of her cookery book to Myrtle Bell Prough Ingram (1871-1941) and Louise Whittlesey Felt (d. 1966), both of whom lived in China for several decades. Ingram's daughter, Isabel, was the tutor to Wanrong, the last empress.
