Each entry finishes with the name of its contributor, and the text concludes with an English-Chinese glossary of foodstuffs. The only copy of this edition listed on WorldCat is held at UC San Diego.The identities of the editors, as well as that of the editor of the first edition (Mrs. R. C. Bowden), remain elusive.
