All this is supported by a wealth of color and monochrome photographs, technical diagrams, graphs and tables, and a richly informative text which is easily navigated with the detailed table of contents. The book is beautifully printed and bound in a limited edition of 1000, which sold out quickly following its publication in August 2011. This is a new copy. The pages are clean and bright.
