1938, First Edition. London : Duckworth. Very good copy in the original gilt-blocked red cloth boards, now somewhat dust-dulled. Spine uniformly sun-toned, with endbands rubbed. Text edges and preliminary leaves faintly foxed, with the interior remaining tight, bright and clean. A well-preserved example overall. Notes; Signed and inscribed by Ayscough.....
