Marquis Franz von Bayros (1866–1924) was a Croatian-Austrian graphic artist, painter, and illustrator known for his scandalous erotic artwork and association with the Decadent Movement. Born in Zagreb, he studied in Vienna, married into the family of composer Johann Strauss Jr., and became famous for intricate, sensual illustrations, most notably the Tales at the Dressing Table portfolio. Pages are clean and tight. Book includes Parts I and II.
