Italian soprano (1885-1967) who had a very important international career in the 1910s and 20s, retired in 1935 and became a voice teacher - superstar Renata Tebaldi was one of her students. Signed half-tone postcard photograph, shown as Ginevra in the December 1924 world premiere production of Giordano's La cena delle beffe at La Scala, Milan. Inscribed with sentiment, dated in Milan in 1925 in attractive white ink. Size is 3.25 x 5.25 inches, in excellent condition.
