Kurt Wirth (1917–1996) was a Swiss illustrator and graphic designer who had long relationships with Swissair and Swiss Federal Railways, creating promotional materials and lending his artwork to menu covers. This Swiss farmhouse cover menu is for a flight from Zurich to Tokyo with layovers in Karachi and Hongkong, including three meals, the first of which begins with Caspian caviar and breaded sweetbreads in tomato sauce, followed by a veritable feast punctuated by Swiss pralines. Very Good condition, printed c. 1960s–1970s. 7.5” x 10”.
