Traduction latine par Giovanni Alfonso Borelli (1608-1679) de la version libre en Arabe faite en 983 par Abu l-Fath d Ispahan, dont le manuscrit est conservé à Florence. Le 5ème livre est particulièrement important, traitant « of normals as minimum and maximum straight lines drawn from given points of the curve ». Bon exemplaire.
