Albumen print photograph, 150 x 200 mm, captioned in negative Broken Hill ; laid down recto of a 19th-century album leaf, with handwritten caption Broken Hill in bottom margin; the print is in very good condition, but the mount has some light foxing; verso has an identical format albumen print of a river scene with cliffs (uncaptioned, but possibly River Darling?); no photographer s name on either print, but both are possibly attributable to G. H. Jenkinson (The Areas Photographic Company).
