Swedish actor (1917-1972), director, and opera manager; director of the Royal Swedish Oera from 1963 to 1972 and briefly the general manager of the Metropolitan Opera in New York in 1972 until his death in a road accident. Typed letter with the letterhead of the Metropolitan Opera signed by him, dated 1972. Size is 8.5 x 10.6 inches, trimmed at the top, otherwise in excellent condition.
