Folio (330 x 260 mm), illustrated wrappers with front cover design by Magritte (signed by the artist in the image), 2 pages of music notation; the upper wrapper has a strip of surface loss to the paper along upper half of the spine, otherwise the cover and contents are in very good condition. Belgian artist René Magritte (1898-1967) is of course most famous for his surrealist work, but earlier in his career he worked as a commercial artist, designing Art Deco-style covers for around 40 sheet music publications.
