Catalogue to accompany an exhibition at the State Library of New South Wales, 23 February to 12 May 2013, curated by Alan Davies, which presented photographs from the historically important Holtermann Collection. Taken by Beaufoy Merlin and Charles Bayliss, these photographs document the New South Wales goldfields (Gulgong, Hill End etc.) and Sydney in the early 1870s.
