Quarto, cloth covered boards, title inlay, bookplate to front pastedown, unpaginated, handcoloured woodcut frontispiece (light offsetting), foreword by Lindsay with woodcut decoration, a further nineteen original woodcuts tipped-in. Limited to 200 copies (this marked Review copy), a deluxe edition of 35 copies printed on Japanese vellum was also issued.
