Martin McKinsey translated sections 1 through 4. Scott King translated sections 6 through 9. In section 5, the two translators overlaid their approaches. 110 copies printed using Eric Gill s Joanna metal printing type cast by Michael Bixler. The Van Krimpen Open Kapitalen was cast in house. The decapod ornament was drawn by Crous-Vidal. The text paper is Zerkall mould-made. The printed wraps are Khadi cotton. colophon
