Up for sale is "Russell Rules" by hall of famer Bill Russell and published by Dutton in 2001. The book and dust jacket are in very good condition with some light rubbing to the rear of the dust jacket and seven pages in the book have either the right or left corner bent to make a bookmark. As noted on the copyright page, this is a first printing with a number line starting with the number "1". Bill Russell has signed and inscribed the book on the full title page. Bill Russell rarely signed anything, only when he was on a book tour and never just his signature, only to someone. As a bonus, I am including "Cousy" by Bill Reynolds and published by Simon & Schuster in 2005. Both the book and dust jacket are in very good condition with some light rubbing to the rear of the dust jacket. As noted on the copyright page, this is a third printing with a number line starting with the number "3". Hall of famer Bob Cousy has signed the book on the full title page.
