A waist-length portrait of Heger conducting by Hans-Dieter Grohé, undated ?after 1945 . 145 x 98 mm. With small rectangular handstamp to lower right corner of verso: Aufnahme: Hans-Dieter Grohé. Slightly scratched. Heger's conducting career began in Strasbourg, and he worked in Ulm 1908 and Barmen 1909 before securing a post at the Vienna Volksoper in 1911.
