Octavo (180 x 125 mm), original pictorial wrappers (scattered stains), pp. 361, [5 publisher s advertisements]; title leaf with small marginal tears at fore-edge, top corners of first few leaves a little-dog-eared, otherwise internally clean and sound; a very good, all-original copy. Although the format is identical to the 1896 first edition, we have identified this copy as the 1915 edition based on the titles of books in the publisher s advertisements, such as The Kookaburra Cookery Book (first published by Cole in 1915).
