Quarto, papered boards, grey cloth spine, 65 plates (many tipped-in, in colour), plus an additional suite of the colour plates tipped-in on coloured paper, light offsetting and occasional foxing, as usual. essay by Lionel Lindsay. The deluxe edition, limited to 29 copies, of which 25 were for sale, initalled A R Ltd on behalf of the publishers. A standard edition limited to 1700 copies was also printed. A very good copy of a rare edition.
