This document concerns a supplementary return of claims presented to the Government for injuries inflicted by the military or police at Ballarat in December 1854. The single claim outlined is that of Frank Arthur Hasleham, who is to be awarded £400 on account of the gunshot wound he received in the right shoulder, Not having been implicated in the proceedings of the rioters, and having been severely wounded and thereby put to considerable loss and suffering .
