Book Details: Darn Right It's Butch by Tommy "Butch" Bond (1926-2005) “as told to” author Ron Genini was privately published by Morgin Press, Inc. in 1994. First Edition, Second Printing. This is an autobiography of Tommy Bond, most famously known for his childhood role as a member of "Our Gang" (The Little Rascals), where he joined the series in 1932, playing smaller roles. In 1937, he took on the role of "Butch," the neighborhood bully and was a recurring antagonist to Alfalfa, Spanky, and the rest of the gang, known for his signature sneer and tough-guy demeanor. He appeared in 27 "Our Gang" comedies. Later in his career, he portrayed the iconic Jimmy Olsen in the first two Superman serials starring Kirk Alyn, also appearing in various other films and television shows throughout the 1950s. In the latter part of his career, Tommy Bond became a successful television director and producer, working on shows like The Joey Bishop Show and The Mike Douglas Show. Fine Condition with Dust Jacket. Black hardcover with the title, authors and publisher names in silver on the spine. Front cover has a movie camera with both authors’ initials in silver ink. Front and back covers and spine are like-new with some very minor wear on the bottom of the spine. The book’s black and silver colors have remained vibrant. The bottom edge has a gray discoloration on the right side (see picture). The Dust Jacket is like-new with no tears, creases or stains and the colors have remained vibrant. Bindin
