Albert Son, [1919]. Quarto, original illustrated wrappers with splendid illustration of an aviatrix flying a bi-plane with women disporting themselves on the top wing; 10 pages of music notation (scored for voice and piano); a very good copy. In 1919-20 Australian promoter J.C. Williamson toured the hit American aeroplane musical Going Up throughout Australia. The production starred Cyril Ritchard (1898-1977) and Madge Elliott (1898-1955). The National Library of Australia appears to hold a copy of this sheet music (with the Albert Son imprint) which lacks the covers; the State Library of Queensland holds what appears to be the original American version from 1918 (without the Albert Son imprint).
